National Tree Day - Fivebough Wetlands, Leeton

What better way to start the day? Take in the fresh air, wander around the wetlands and get your hands dirty making a difference to your corner of the world on National Tree Day!

NSW Department of Industry – Lands, Greening Australia and Riverina Local Land Services have over 800 native trees to be planted at Fivebough Wetlands as a part of a Community Tree Planting event.

The event will be held from 7.30 am to 10.00 am. There will be a free BBQ breakfast (Leeton Lions Club) and morning tea (Leeton CWA) provided.

Gloves will be provided, please bring your own trowel.
