Nest boxes and biodiversity on farms paddock walk - Humula

Murrumbidgee Landcare Cross Property Planning (CPP) Project has funded the installation of around 100 nest boxes across 27 properties in the area. Join us to learn more about the role, design, installation, maintenance and monitoring of nest boxes.We will also have nest boxes to give away to the first 8 interested landholders.

Guided by ecologists Mason Crane from the Australian National University (ANU) and Ian Davidson from Regeneration Solutions, Wangaratta, learn about the different bird species hiding in our trees and discover what is lurking underfoot and beneath our rocks and timber.

Date:  Wednesday 2 November
Time: 10.00am - 12.30pm (free BBQ lunch provided)
Venue:  "Pine Park", Eight Mile Road, Humula
RSVP:  By Tuesday 1 November, for catering purposes
