Benefits of optimum grazing management - Binalong Landcare AGM

Members and guests are invited to meet with Dr Warwick Badgery who will speak on the benefits from optimum grazing management.  Facts and figures delivered through a NSW Department of Primary Industry AWI funded grazing management trial.

Warwick Badgery has spent nearly 10 years researching native pasture in Central West New South Wales. His research has focused on competition between native pasture and serrated tussock, pasture cropping systems and grazing management. He is currently the site leader for the Orange EverGraze Proof site, which is examining the profitability and sustainability of grazing systems.

The 2015 AGM will also be conducted, with reports and plans for the year ahead.  This is an opportunity for you to become involved or suggest areas where we might contribute to some of your on-farm challenges.
