Fox baiting program - FREE BAITS - Nangus Hall
Primary tabs
Participation is now your legal responsibility!
The European red fox is now a declared pest species in NSW meaning there is now a legal requirement for public land managers and private landholders to control foxes on their land. The most effective and efficient control is achieved through a group control program.
The Cross-property planning project is offering FREE baits to project landholders and 50% off the cost of baits for other landholders in the area (up to 100 baits per property).
Riverina LLS will deliver FOX-OFF ® baits to:
- Junee Reefs Hall on Tuesday 17th March at 9 am
- Illabo Pub on Wednesday 18th March at 9 am
- Bethungra Fire Shed on Thursday 19th March at 9 am
- Nangus Hall on Tuesday 24th March at 8.30 am
- Wantabadgery Hall on Tuesday 24th March at 10 am
** Fresh baits are also available if desired but must be pre-ordered with the Riverina LLS at least 3
days prior to the collection date.
Riverina LLS is also offering landholders the chance to participate in a Feral Fighters Program which gives landholders free pesticide training during the prescribed months of the control program, an aerial map of your property for planning purposes and 30 free baits during the autumn and spring fox and wild dog program.
