National Water Week

Printer-friendly version
Date:
Sunday, 19 October 2014 to Saturday, 25 October 2014

Water must be used wisely if there is to be enough to meet the needs of future generations. Awareness about the amount of water used in everyday tasks is the first step in developing a responsible approach to water use. This year, National Water Week will focus on the importance of liveable communities on a national scale, in which sustainable water management is a key component. National Water Week will look to decision makers and the community to spark behavioural change and to ensure water is a top priority.
