Murrumbateman LandcareMurrumbateman Landcare group meeting Thursday 4th September, 7.30pm at the Murrumbateman  Recreation Hall.

We will be using magnifiers and binocular microscopes to examine the small plants that are active in the grasslands at this time of year.  This is your opportunity to glimpse into a world of spectacular beauty that the naked eye can barely see.  We will provide a range of local plants to explore, including the seasonally upcoming weeds you may not yet have noticed.  Also everyone is encouraged to have a look in their paddock or garden over the next couple of days for anything small but interesting growing close to the ground and bring it along  (e.g. a lichen or wodge of moss).

After the meeting we will have tea and coffee- please bring a plate to share if you can.

Hope to see you there, everyone is very welcome
