Murrumbidgee Landcare e-news - August 2017

Printer-friendly version

Welcome to the August edition of Murrumbidgee Landcare's e-news!

The weather is warming up, the wattle and canola are flowering, and there are an abundance of field days and activities on offer - what a great time of year!

Over the next month, there are workshops to help boost the health of your soils, your farm business and your own mental health. There are also some great opportunities to learn about everything from backyard beekeeping and social media to on-farm solar PV and wombats.

There are also a bunch of funding opportunities around at the moment, so if you have an idea for a project, have a look and see what funding you may be able to apply for.

If you would like more information on anything, or would like to talk to someone about Landcare in your region, please feel free to contact your Local Landcare Coordinator or the Murrumbidgee Landcare office.
