Weed Master Training Program

This training program for farmers and land managers, National Parks or regional Council employees, people in the earthmoving or farm contracting businesses and public utility service workers will help you to develop the skills to be the Master of weeds in your area.

Expressions of Interest are called for this 1.5 day course to be held in a range of locations (Yass, Goulburn, Moss Vale, Camden, Moruya, Berry, Bega).

Weed management and prevention
• Better understanding of causes of weed problems
• How landscape, climate and management can influence weed issues
• Investigate solutions that address the causes

Weed movement – Machinery inspection and cleaning
• Understand the threat of weeds
• Reduce the risk of spreading
• Inspections of machinery and plant
• Legislation, recording and reporting
• Disposal of samples

Cost $595 pp (Includes manuals and catering)
