3.7. Introduced Fauna

Pest animals found in the Mid Murrumbidgee include feral pigs, foxes, rabbits, feral goats, feral horses, wild dogs, feral cats, carp, goldfish, redfin, oriental weather loach, and Gambusia. A number of introduced bird species occur in the region also, including the feral pigeon, the European goldfinch, the house sparrow, the common starling and the common (or Indian) myna.
