Carbon Farming Workshop - Wagga

The Carbon Farmers of Australia are running a 1-day workshop in Wagga on "An introduction to carbon farming and trading". The workshop will be presented by experts with hands-on experience, and will answer questions such as: What is carbon farming? What is the Carbon Farming Initiative? What is soil carbon, and how does it benefit agriculture? What markets are available for Australian farmers to trade farm-based offsets?
The workshop is being held at the Lawson Motor Inn, Wagga Wagga, on Tuesday 13th March, from 8.30 am to 5.15 pm. A program for the workshop is available in the attachment, below.
The cost of the course is $400, but it is Farm Ready approved so eligible farmers can be reimbursed 65% of the cost. To register, or request further information, complete the Registration Form below, or contact Carbon Farmers of Australia:
