High Security Irrigators Farm Security and Efficiency Workshops

During June 2011, High Security Irrigators – Murrumbidgee will present a number of workshops throughout the Murrumbidgee and Lachlan Irrigation Areas targeting those interested in improving farm efficiency and sustainability. This project is supported by funding from the Australian Government Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry under FarmReady, part of Australia’s Farming Future.

Project Manager, Mrs Satvinder Sandhu believes the workshops are the most effective way to learn about the practical responses to improve farm efficiency and sustainability.

A number of local Riverina presenters will speak on their area of expertise at each of the workshops, and light refreshments including tea and coffee will be provided.
