Primary tabs
Join CSIRO scientist Jacqui Stol to learn how to assess, monitor and improve native vegetation on your property.
CSIRO has developed a practical guide to help landholders check if sites they have newly managed for conservation are on track to improve. You do not need to be able to identify any plants and animals to get involved!
Come along and learn to simply, cheaply and easily assess how a change in your management has impacted on your native vegetation. The workshop will teach you skills including the assessment of ground cover; measuring litter depth and breakdown; and counting plant types (you don't need to identify each type!)
