25 years of ParkCare and Landcare in the ACT

Registrations are now open to celebrate 25 years of ParkCare and Landcare in the ACT with a forum on Friday 17th October 2014.
The event is free and open to all volunteers and individuals that have been involved in ParkCare and Landcare in the ACT. New and experienced volunteers are encouraged to participate and assist imagine a future of ParkCare and Landcare in the ACT.
The celebrations include:
- A full day forum on Friday at the University of Canberra with a range of inspiring speakers including: Clive Hamilton, Veronica Doerr, Val Brown and local Landcare award winner Caroline Wenger. See the attached program for a list of all the days speakers.
- An optional dinner following the forum at the Kingston Hotel (requires payment)
- A half day field trip on Saturday 18th October with three destination options followed by lunch at Black Mountain Peninsula (costs covered)
