Just a reminder about the EOI for the One River project. The EOI’s are due on Friday 23rd November 2012. Artists living in, working in or connected to communities in the Murray-Darling Basin are invited to submit an Expression of Interest to be employed as a Local Artist on the One River project.
One River will support art projects in 10 Murray-Darling Basin communities, leading primarily to local presentation outcomes and then also to re-presentation of artwork in Canberra. In the process of creating the artworks and presentations we aim to stimulate discussion and debate as we reflect upon the complex forces at work within the Murray-Darling Basin river system and how we manage it and its potential as a source of sustenance (and loss) within particular places and environments.
