National Tree Day - Wagga Wagga

Wagga Wagga City Council and Wagga Wagga Urban Landcare is hosting a National Tree Day activity at a parcel of land on Oura Rd (next door to Camp Kurrajong). This location has been selected because in the past it has been used as a racing track and we would like to rehabilitate the degraded land.

Nearest Cross Street: Pattersons Road

Directions: Approximately 7.5km along Oura Rd from North Wagga. On the left hand side (coming from North Wagga) just after Camp Kurrajong but before you reach Pattersons Road. The site will be sign posted.

Accessible for disabled: Yes

Please wear appropriate clothing (hat, covered shoes, long sleeved shirt and long pants recommended)

Gloves, Tools and equipment for planting, watering cans / buckets will all be provided.

Activities will include tree planting and plant give-away.
