Sustainable Farming Systems forum - Wodonga
Primary tabs
What will your farm look like in 2020? The Murray CMA and North East CMA (VIC) are hosting this forum to explore ways of adapting technology to meet rapidly changing expectations of farmers to be productive, profitable, supply environmental services and manage carbon. A series of interesting presenters will lead the discussion on growing your farming operation, planning to include social and environmental factors as well as economic factors, and keeping
family farms and local communities viable.
Speakers include:
- Lucinda Corrigan, a farmer from Wymah
- Phil Graham, DPI NSW
- Mick Keogh, Australian Farm institute
- Professor Allan Curtis, Charles Sturt University
- Professor Snow Barlow, Melbourne University
The forum will be held at La Trobe University Wodonga, on Wednesday 6th June 2012, from 9.00 am to 4.30 pm. The forum will be followed by a dinner (which costs $25). To register for either event, complete the attached Registration Form and submit by Friday 1st June 2012.
