Committee meeting 3rd March 2011
The next meeting of the MLi full committee will be held in Wagga Wagga on 3rd of March 2011. This will be an important get together to introduce the new Regional Landcare Facilitators.
Regional Landcare Facilitator Steering Committee meeting - 3rd March 2011
The MLi committee meeting on the 3rd March will be immediately followed with the first Steering Committee meeting for the RLF project in the Murrumbidgee. All Network Chairs, or their representative, are included as members of the RLF Steeering Committee.
The RLFs will be working directly with Landcare Networks and other production groups over the next 2 1/2 years.
RLF MERI plan and Program Logic
All Australian Government funding above $80,000 now requires the development and submission of a MERI plan in order to define Monitoring, Evaluation, Reporting and Improvement for the project.
We need to develop a MERI plan and Program Logic of the RLF in the Murrumbidgee.
MCMA - Memorandum of Understanding
As you would be aware, the NSW Minister for the Environment directed the MCMA in 2010 to develop and implement a program to work collaboratively with MLi. As part of its strategy the MCMA unilaterally developed a Partnership Agreement defining the relationship between MLi and the MCMA and presented it to the MLi executive.
Carbon Farming Initiative
Our contract with the Australia Government for the RLFs requires us to deliver on key Caring for Our Country sustainable agriculture targets.
Free Plainmeters on offer
The MCMA has some excess Planimeters they would like to dispose of.
There are 4 Digital Planimeters KP 90N units. They have not been used for quite some time.
