Welcome to the November edition of Murrumbidgee Landcare's e-news!

The festive season is almost upon us, and as always Landcare is leading the way with a number of social events coming up over the next few weeks. Everyone is welcome to attend the gatherings taking place at Ladysmith, Junee, Mangoplah, Yass, Wagga and Tarcutta. Phew, that’s a lot of parties!

We are also excited to announce the newly formed Wagga Region Small Farms Network. This group is linked to the four mid-Murrumbidgee South Landcare groups (Eastern Riverina, Kyeamba Valley, Tarcutta Valley and Wagga Urban), and is aimed at providing support to smaller landholders, including those in peri-urban regions. If you or someone you know has a small property, be sure to invite them to join our Network, and stay tuned for upcoming events and opportunities designed specifically to meet the needs of these landholders!

Remember, if you’d like some assistance or advice on anything to do with Landcare, you can always contact your Local Landcare Coordinator or the Murrumbidgee Landcare office. We’re here to help all Landcarer’s in our region!
