Send in your rabbits!

Recently the latest strain of Rabbit Haemorrhagic Disease Virus (RHDV2) was released and is already starting to have an effect with four dead rabbits having been found on the one property at Murrumbateman.

Dr Tanja Strive from CSIRO gave a presentation on the virus to the Murrumbateman Landcare Group recently and the slides from that presentation are available here.

Now, Dr Strive needs your dead rabbits so they can be tested to ascertain the effectiveness of the virus.  You can either download the Rabbit Scan App (details available on the presentation) or email Dr Strive at Tanja.strive@csiro.au.
