8.00 am | Registration opens at the Queanbeyan City Council Conference Centre, Crawford St, Queanbeyan. |
8.30am | Opening of the UMCCC & MLI Forum Day 1 Field trip housekeeping Tea, coffee and morning tea available. |
9.00am | Bus departs Queanbeyan City Council Conference Centre. |
9.40-10.20am | The Forde Development – urban design for the catchment. |
10.45-11.15am | Goorooyarroo Nature Reserve northern ACT Mulligans Flat and Bush on the Boundary. |
11.40-12.15pm | Umbagong District Park & Landcare Group – Ginninderra Creek revitalisation and Frogwatch. |
12.45pm | Cotter Reserve - LUNCH PROVIDED |
1.15-2.15pm | Mt MacDonald – Bushfire Regeneration. |
2.30-3.20pm | Cooleman Ridge and Mt Taylor Parkcare – group organisation and on site works. |
3.45-4.30pm | Queanbeyan River - Queanbeyan City Council, Queanbeyan Landcare River Restoration and Willow removal program |
5.00pm | Bus arrives back at Queanbeyan Function Centre |
Snacks, fruit and drinks will be available during the day in addition to lunch
PLEASE WEAR SENSIBLE SHOES & CLOTHING, BRING A HAT, SUNSCREEN AND ANY PERSONAL ITEMS REQUIRED FOR THE DAY
6.00pm UMCCC & MLI Forum Dinner at Queanbeyan Function Centre
